Exporting clips

- From time to time you may need to export audio from a session, either to use as an external file or to import into another session. The clip list pop-up menu provides options to help you accomplish this task. Earlier, while working in this session, I located a portion of the drums track that I'd like to export. I marked the area using a selection-based memory location. Now I'll use that memory location to recall the selection and go over some ways to export it as a file. To get started, I'll open the memory locations window from the window menu. The memory location that I want to use is number four, so I'll click on that to recall the selection. This selection is part of a longer file, so to use it externally as a stand-alone file I have to, somehow, separate it from the rest of the audio on the track.
