Navigating the Prophet V interface
- [Narrator] Arturia's emulation of the Prophet V Synthesizer is pretty crazy. It actually offers three different synthesizers in one plugin. And I'll show you that in this chapter. First, what we're looking at is our Prophet V interface. And in this interface, you can find all features of the original Prophet V. The Prophet V interface consist of 54 synthesis parameters, as well as a preset selection button that allows you to quickly find the original 44 presets that were found on the original hardware synthesizer. So with all the knobs and switches associated with these parameters, you can create a ton of versatile sounds, including strings, bass lines, some really crunchy leads, and a ton of others. Here's the way the parameters are distributed, so we have our two oscillators, A and B. We have various waveforms that can be selected on those oscillators including triangles, sawtooth and square.
