- [Instructor] There's more than one way to cover up the tuning on a track. Here's a way to solve that problem and make it sound better in the process. First of all, let's listen to the track and concentrate on the lead vocals. (rock music) Okay, it's dry, it's a little syblin right now because it's compressed a lot, but it doesn't sound so bad. But, there's a little bit of pitchiness, we pretty much covered it up when we were recording by punching in, but there's a little bit of pitchiness. We can also make it sound better in trying to get rid of the pitchiness. So what we're going to do is we're going to add a track and what I did is I added a track for dedicated return so we're going to call this vocal delay. And first thing we'll do is come over here and since we know that the tempo of the song is 129 beats per minute, we're going to set this up so it's somewhere relatively fast, so less than 100 milliseconds. So we'll set it up to 77 milliseconds right now. And let's listen…
