- [Instructor] There's a whole other set of advanced features on Synclavier-V that allow for really precise, granular control over a number of features. You can also do some really cool experimental things like loading in your own samples. Let's take a look. I'm going to click on the SCR button to open up the emulation of the CRT monitor that was a feature of the original synthesizer, and I have that same bass patch that we started with loaded up. (loud bass rumbling) And here, (sweeping low electric sound) You can see a lot of the movement that's happening in a much more graphic visual representation. Let's go through the sections quickly, and then I'll show you where some of the granular magic happens. So we have the engine here, where we have our carrier and modulator, and we can select through the various partials on the left hand side. We have a mixer section to control some basic global settings, like volume, panning tuning, et cetera. To the right of that we have our envelope…
