- [Narrator] Once the project is launched, you're like the conductor of an orchestra. You get team members working on their assignments, make sure they know what to do and keep them on time. Send team members the complete information about the tasks that are on deck and ready to go. When the task start, the estimated hours and when they're supposed to finish. If you have a document that describes the work, send that too or at least where they can go to get more info. Particularly with a smaller team, people may already know what they're supposed to work on. They might have helped you identify the work and estimate it. For those team members, you might follow up with a quick, are you good? If they say, I'm good. And they go get started. With less experienced people, it's a good idea to review their assignments with them to make sure they understand what they're supposed to do.
