- Managing small projects shares a lot of the same activities as managing large projects. However, the approach is simpler and results-oriented so you don't overwhelm your project with excessive management and communication. Let's start here with a quick overview of the steps you perform in managing a small project. We'll then look at them in more detail in the chapters that follow.
