Using the Pack and Go wizard

- [Instructor] There's a really nice tool built into Microsoft Publisher to help you get your publication ready for a commercial printer, or even if you want to transport everything to a new computer. It's called the Pack and Go Wizard. And in the previous lesson, we talked about the advantage to linking graphics or images that are in a publication, as opposed to embedding them. Pack and Go Wizard will take care of that for you. Fonts as well. Imagine if you've used some fancy fonts in this publication, you take it to the printers, and they don't have those fonts. There's going to be font substitution that happens, and you may not like the results. So you can embed the fonts in the publication; those would be TrueType fonts that you're allowed to embed, so you'll want to make sure you're using those in the publication. The other thing that it'll do is it'll take all of that stuff and compress it into once nice small .zip file so it's easy for you to transport to another computer or to…
