- [Instructor] So if I wanted to bring some of this data into my current map, I'll go back to my favorites, and I'll bring in the buildings and hit okay. It's asking about coordinate system, and you notice when I dragged and dropped that, it prompted about coordinate system in the bottom right corner. Now it says EPSG 26910. That means it's in the UTM Zone 10 meters; it's already assigned the project to the first file I dragged in, or the first geospatial data I've put in my map, so now the default map is in that UTM zone. Let's bring in our parcels as well, drag and drop, and they appear. Now, on the layers area, you'll see parcels above buildings. If you don't see layers, again go view, panels, and check the layers, and that way, we can bring in the layers panel.
