Reclassify expense transactions
- [Narrator] Suppose you assign some expenses to the wrong account or you want to use sub-accounts to provide more detail. In some situations you can quickly reclassify several transactions simultaneously. Over on the left side in the navigation bar, point at expenses and choose expenses. In this case, I have a couple of transactions that are assigned to the legal and professional fees account. There's this one for Robin Gardner up near the top of the list. And if I scroll down to the bottom I have another one that's assigned to an attorney to this same account. So I'm going to select these two by turning on their check boxes. Once I've selected them at the top left of the table, click batch actions and then choose categorize selected.
