- [Instructor] QuickBooks online has a couple of features that could take care of some of your to do's. You can set the program up so it automatically sends reminders to customers to pay their invoices. And you can also set it up to distribute reports to people automatically. We're going to start up at the top right. Click the settings gear, and then choose account and settings. Over on the left hand side, click sales and then scroll down and click the reminders section. Now, the first thing you can do is you have this default email message for invoice reminders. You can click the down arrow and then that will show you the default message. You can change the subject line, the greeting that you want and the email message. In this case, it looks fine so I'm going to leave that the way it is. I can click the up pointing arrow to close that part. You want to make sure that automatic invoice reminders is turned on. If…
