- [Instructor] It's very common for business people to record all of their transactions in QuickBooks, but how can we take these transactions and pull them into Excel easily? Let's take a look. So I'm in the QuickBooks dashboard, and as you can see, we've set up our sample company, ABC Corp, and we have very little information in here because again, it's a sample company, but we have added some bank accounts and a little bit of sales data, things like that. So if we wanted to pull any of this information out and turn around and export it into Excel, perhaps for some sort of analysis or something similar, how could we do that? Well, we just go up here to the gear icon, and click Export Data. And then we can come through and pick which particular areas we're interested in exporting, so General Ledger, Profit and Loss, et cetera. I'm going to go ahead and export everything just for the heck of it, and it says done.…
