Challenge: Quantifying missing data with the UCI heart dataset
(bright upbeat music) - [Instructor] And that brings us to our next challenge. Working in the same Excel spreadsheet, I provided a somewhat updated one called Chapter 11 for this exercise. Count the number of -9s across each row. Also count the number of -9s going down each column. Now remember, you're always preparing for a meeting with a subject matter expert potentially, so make sure that what you're doing is obvious to someone that might've seen the spreadsheet. And when you're done, then compare the results by location. This should take about 15 minutes, but try to reflect a bit on what you'd want to ask the subject matter expert based on the location that you find. Give it a try.
