- [Instructor] Here we are in KNIME and we're going to do some simple aggregations and sorts. The reason this is valuable is that we'll be able to quickly determine what's going on with our IDs and our high order nominals the same kinds of things you might do with a pivot table in Excel. But I think it's especially quick and easy in KNIME. So let's start with the aggregation. So that's called the GroupBy node. If we just start to type it, it will help us find it. Here it is. We can drag it into place and let's be clear on why we would want to do this. It's those very high order nominals that really cause us trouble and in this data set country of origin is one of them. It's got a few dozen categories and that's a bit too many for us to include. We don't want the software to automatically dummy code it.
