- [Instructor] In this video, we'll use Meshmixer's 3D printing tools to prepare our model for printing on a desktop 3D printer, like a MakerBot. To start, let's go to the Print option, at the bottom of our toolbar. Now at the top here, you can choose the brand of printer you're working with. We are going to work with a MakerBot Replicator 2. There is a handful of other printers on this list. But if your brand of printer isn't, you can always choose Sample Printer, and then edit the printer properties, to add the specifics for your brand of printer. Right now, we're previewing in PLA Translucent Green. We'll keep this as is. Our next step, is that we need to Transform. Now, our object right now is actually in a really good orientation. The back is flat on the bottom of the print bed. It's going to adhere really nicely. If we wanted to make a change to the orientation, we could flip to the Rotate tab here, or we could use the gizmo to place it in space. You can move it around, either…
