(upbeat music) - [Instructor] You've now come to the end of the users and accounts chapter. This challenge will test your knowledge and understanding of what you've learned. For this challenge, I'm going to create a fictitious scenario. Your company has hired a temporary software developer named Steve for a three-month contract. Steve is a former Unix administrator turned software developer. Steve will be working with Sue and Taylor as developers on a secret project but will also be providing additional system administration services to your company. This means you will need a username, Steve, with a user ID of 1100 within the range in which your company places its developers. And primary group ID, also 1100. His home directory should be /home/Steve. Since Steve came from Unix, his default shell should be the korn shell.
