- [Instructor] Managing package groups is not that different from managing packages. Every DNF group has a group ID. In addition to it's name. To get a list of all DNF groups including IDs, type in DNF, space, group, space, list, space, ids, and hit Enter. This will show all groups and inside parenthesis their group ID. There are four different ways of identifying a group. We can use the group name enclosed in double quotes. In the case of the security tools group, it would be double quote, security, space, tools, double quote. We can use the ID of the security tools group which is security-tools. This is a more command lane friendly name without spaces in it. With the ID there's no need for double quotes. We can also manage groups using package sub commands instead of group sub commands, if we pre-fix the group names and IDs with an @ symbol.
