- [Instructor] Now that we have our drive exported from rhhost1, and accessible on rhhost2, we will put a partition on it, format it, and mount it by a UUID number. In order to do this, make sure your rhhost2 VM is booted and you're logged in. Also make sure your rhhost1 VM is running as well. Let's also verify that we still have access to the scsi drive. In a terminal type, "sudo" space "lsblk" space, dash dash "scsi", and hit enter. If you see the scsi device you can proceed. If you do not see it, you'll want to go back to the previous video and follow the steps in logging into the target. My device is slash "dev" slash "sdb", but if yours is different. take note of that now. The device name was only important temporarily. It's not recommended that you use device major minor numbers or device names such as slash "dev" slash "sdb" when mounting scsi devices. These names can change depending on…
