Network services introduction
- [Instructor] This chapter covers network services. In this chapter, we perform the following steps. We learned about consistent network device naming with systemd. We then gathered network information. We configure IP version four addresses. We then configure IP version six addresses and perform basic IP version six troubleshooting. And lastly, we configure subnet masks. We then move on to more advanced topics. We configure interface bonding using nmcli. We configure interface teaming using nmcli. We then use firewalld for packet filtering and network address translation. And lastly, we route IP traffic and create static routes.
