Troubleshoot NFS exports

- [Instructor] Troubleshooting NFS exports involves inspecting the network, firewall, and name resolution. If an export doesn't work at all, you may need to walk through a few steps. Some of these steps should only be done in a secure network. Test name resolution if using host names. It may as simple as host names not resolving. We can run a simple testing by pinging. Make sure you ping you're pinging both rhhost1, and rhhost2 from both VM's to make sure that the name resolution works all around. Be sure you're logged into rhhost2, and in a terminal type in ping, space, dash, c1, space rhhost1, and hit enter. Now bring your line back, and change it to rhhost2, and hit enter again. If that works, then log into rhhost1, and do it again. (keyboard typing) Another way around host name issues is to use IP addresses. If name resolution is working, then double-check the firewall. To list all ports in a zone, type clear, and then type in sudo, space, firewall, dash, cmd, space, dash, dash…
