Adding an atrium window using curtain walls

- [Instructor] In this project, we'll be adding an atrium window to the back of the house. The atrium window will be a big glass window that will allow a lot of light in in the location of where the staircase will be at. Now, that window can be found at the back of the house in this location as well as down here in the lower level where we currently have a foundation wall at. So the first thing that we need to do is go to our floor plan view of our basement. So under the Project Browser, under Floor Plans, double-click on Basement. Then zoom in, so that we can see a better look of this room that we have over toward the right-hand side. Where we want the curtain wall to go will be from roughly this location over to roughly this location. Now, how I will accomplish that is starting off by marking where the curtain wall needs to start.
