Adding finish floors to each room: Basement
- [Narrator] Now that I have my finished flooring material up on the first floor, we now need to add finished flooring material down in the basement area and we'll find that it's really the same process. I want to start by zooming in to this upper right-hand side of the plan. Then, underneath the Architecture tab, select on Floor. Underneath Properties, make sure that VCT, this Vinyl Composition Tile has been selected. For the level, it should say Basement because that's the level that we're currently in underneath the project browser, for the Height Offset, quarter of an inch, it happens to be the overall thickness of this material that we're placing here down in the basement area. And now, we just need to start tracing around the outside perimeter. If I select here where we have a line, click the intersection of these two walls, then, let's draw a line straight down.
