Adding plumbing fixtures and other components

- [Instructor] This video, we're going to add some plumbing fixtures and appliances and other items that Revit collectively refers to as components. So to get started, we'll come over here to the Component tool on the Architecture ribbon and C + M is the shortcut. Now, when you first run the tool, you're going to see a collection of items in the type selector that is a little bit diverse. There's a desk and a parking space and a tree and a few other miscellaneous items, but none of the appliances or fixtures that we want to add. So that means you're going to immediately need to come over here and do Load Family. So, when I click the Load Family button, it takes me to the most recent folder that I was in, and I'll just simply back up a few steps here, and make sure that I'm at the root of my US Metric folder. In this folder, I'll go to the Mechanical folder next, then the Architectural folder, Air-Side Components, and then finally, Furnaces. Now here, there's just a single item, the…
