Aligning views with a guide grid

- Instructor] In this video I want to show you a technique that you can use to get view ports to align with one another across multiple sheets. Now just to be clear, I'm not talking about lining up view ports on the same sheet. If I come down here and open up A6 sections, where I have multiple view ports, you may recall that we were able to move this view when we were placing it in the, sensed where the other geometry was and automatically lined up with the building. That works great when you're placing multiple view ports on the same sheet, but what we're talking about here is a situation where let's say you have a floor plan like I do here, on one sheet, and then I'll open up this ceiling plan sheet right here, and you have a similar floor plan, but it's on a totally different sheet. Now you could drag this view port and kind of get it close, let's put these side by side so we can see what we're dealing with here. Go to the view tab and tile the views, and then I'll just pan this…
