Aligning views with a guide grid

- [Instructor] In this video I want to talk about the guide grid feature. Guide grid is designed to help you line up two similar views across different sheets. So you may recall that when we were working with setting up sheets in a previous video, and we were on the A301 sheet, we added this other section here. And it was really easy to get it to line up the geometry across the two different views. So that works really well when you're placing two views on the same sheet. But what about when you're placing two views on different sheets? Right here I have a floor plan sheet and then I have this other sheet here, A111 that's a reflected ceiling plan sheet. And I'm going to double-click that one and open it up, then I'm going to go back to my floor plan sheet and I'm going to type WT to window tile and I'll going to kind of zoom in on the left-hand side on both of these sheets. So you can very clearly see that the location of the floor plan here on the left side is in a different spot…
