Applying gutters and fascia boards to the roof
- [Instructor] Now that the roof is in place, I want to add gutters and fascia board to the outside of the roof. Now we can do that by going to the Architecture tab, then underneath where it has a Roof, just click this icon, or if you happen to have a bigger picture for the roof, just select on the button which says Roof. Then we can see that we have fascia and gutters as two of our options. Let's start by adding fascia boards. So select on Roof Fascia, then underneath Properties here, right now we can see that we have a fascia which is a one by twelve fascia. And that happens to be the one that I want to use so we'll select that off of the list, then let's zoom in to this part of our roof. And it's important that we select on the top line of the roof. Technically, we could also select on the bottom line of the roof, but if we did, then the fascia board would be hanging off at the bottom of the roof instead of from basically the top edge of the roof on down.
