Assigning phasing properties to objects

- [Instructor] There's no correct place to start when setting up your phasing. There's a few different places we need to go. So in this video, I'm going to focus on the element properties, the objects in your model and their phasing properties and talk about how we can make changes to them. So I'm just going to zoom in on an area here and maybe start with this wall over on the right. So the simplest thing to do is to just select that object and manipulate its properties. And that's what I'm going to do by scrolling down here, you can see the two phasing properties and I will change this wall from new construction to existing, and then apply that. Now it's going to be a little easier to see the result by deselecting the wall. And notice that it's now rendered in a light gray color indicating that it's existing construction. So it's really that simple to change the phase that an object was created in. Now, let's do that again…
