Assigning phasing properties to views
- [Instructor] Having the required list of phases that your project requires and also having all of the model elements properly configured to the correct phase is important to getting your project deliverables to display as they need to, but even more important are the settings of the view that you use to display, edit and print those elements. So like model elements, the views themselves have built in phasing parameters. And we can use these settings to establish at which point in time we are doing any particular task within our project. And at which point in time we are presenting the model. So let's look at an example here. This project is currently set up with three phases, existing and two new construction phases, new construction one and two. So the geometry over here on the left is set to existing.
