Building the euro house wall family to meet code
- [Instructor] Chapter 302, we're going to have a little look at the walls that make up the external boundary for this euro house. Now these are super insulated walls. They've got a lot of insulation in there, but they're only coming at about 400 mil thick. Certainly for the bottom one, which is rendered. The top one pokes out an extra 40 mil, because it's got a clouding system on top. So there is a little over sail at that point. Now, my preference is to show the core scale fill, and to make sure that all the same colors are applied to the various structural elements. So if you want to do that, then select one of these things, edit type. This is where you'll find the course scale fill color. Just make sure that it's the same color. The detail can be then explained through the call-outs. If you prefer to show the makeup of these things, then be prepared to be a little bit disappointed because it doesn't really show much.…
