Creating deck railings
- [Instructor] Now that we have stairs off of our back deck, our next task is to add a railing around the edge of the deck. So here on the first floor plan, just spin the wheel of your mouse to zoom in. Next, zoom in until you can see this railing and then click to select on that railing. Then, click on edit path. After clicking on edit path, what we want to do is that we want to draw a line that goes from the endpoint of this line, over into this direction. So select on line, zoom in, click this endpoint of this line right here, then draw a line that goes straight back toward the back of the house. Once this highlights, click, and that's where the railing will actually stop, right here along the face of where our house is at. Click the green check mark. If we zoom back out, we can now see that there's a railing that goes here, it goes around, comes back down. And if we wanted to look at that in a 3D view we could just select on the default 3D view button, zoom in here, and now we can…
