- [Instructor] To create a door schedule for our project, a door schedule is really no more than a view of the database. And since it's a view, we can come here to the View tab and then actually create a schedule by selecting on the Schedules button. Now from the Schedules button, you'll have a variety of different kinds of schedules that you can create. And the most common one that you'll use will be a Schedule in Quantities. Here in the dialog box for New Schedule, you need to pick what kind of item do you want to schedule? For this project, we'll create a door schedule. So find your doors, then I do want to point out that there is an option here for phase. Usually, that will be new construction and for this project, it certainly will but you can create various schedules based off of the phase of your current project. And phase is different periods of time. So you could have a schedule of your existing doors or you could have a schedule that only showed your new doors. And that's…
