Creating an exterior camera

- [Instructor] Cameras are used to take still images of your building. Let's start by taking a picture of the back of our building. First, make sure that under the Project Browser, under Floor Plans, you're in your Basement level. Then, underneath the View tab, select on the words 3D View. Next, click on camera. Now we can see that we have the little camera icon next to where our arrow is located at. And if I zoom back, just by spinning the wheel of the mouse, you'll see that if I move my camera, here toward the back of our building, that the camera just starts to disappear once I start to go up in this direction. Well, what's occurring is that we currently have a Crop Region surrounding our view, so we need to tell that Crop Region to not be cropping the view. And we can do that by selecting on the icon called Do Not Crop View. Now that we can see our camera, this camera is an indicator of where we'll be standing when we take the picture.
