- If we happen to know how many rooms need to be in our project before we start it, I usually like to populate my room schedule with the names of all the different rooms we'll be using. We can find our room schedule underneath the project browser. So, if you scroll down in your project browser, go to your schedules and quantities, and if it happens to be closed, just click the little plus sign next to schedules and quantities to find your room schedule. Double click on the room schedule and now we can see that we have our Room Schedule view currently open. And it's asking for both a number for the room as well as a name for the room. Well, I happen to know from going through this process that there will be 13 individual rooms in this building. So, what we want to do is add 13 rows to this Room Schedule.
