Establishing the reduced level with Building Pads

- In chapter 105, we're going to be using this thing, on the massing and site tab and the building pad feature, to reduce the levels of our ground, so that we can then get a sense of the foundations and the floor slab and the outside sort of graded areas. That's going to help us eventually with the positioning of the house. Now, depending on whether you've been working along, from the start and you've added your own texture and then you're using the same file or if you use next site files then you might find a different state than we're looking at here. You might find that the image is grey. And so what you need to do, is just click on the image and then under the material part, just click on the ellipsis symbol and under the appearance tab just click on this link and then re-link the image. Okay, select the chapter 01, the site 0104 texture flipped and then click open and then say, okay, that should now appear in there.…
