Generating a door elevation legend

Generating a door elevation legend
- [Instructor] Door legends are used to show the way that a door should look before it's purchased and then installed in a project. Usually, those door legends are individual doors that correspond with each one of the type marks that we see here on the door schedule. This is the process that we need to do to create a door legend. Underneath the View tab, we need to find our Legend command. So when you find Legends, click, and then select on Legend. It'll ask, what do we want to name this legend? And I'll just call it a Door Legend. We can always adjust the scale later so right now, I'm just going to click on OK. Now it looks like we just have this blank view and that's kind of true. It really is just a blank view, but if we click inside of this area and then just spin the wheel of our mouse backwards, that's going to enable us to zoom out because what we want to do now is start to draw in the line work and give us enough space to put in elevations of what each of our doors look like…
