Looking at primary options
- [Instructor] In this video we're going to dig a little deeper into the concept of the primary option. So I want to make sure that you understand exactly what primary means and how you can leverage it. So to get started, I'm in a file that has a couple views open already. There's a perspective view here and there is a level one floor plan open in the background. What I'm going to do is start off by tiling those. So I'll go to the view tab, click Tile Views. Or you can type W + T. Then if I zoom in here on the floor plan, you can see that I've got this interior elevation right here, looking at the balcony. If you double-click the little blue triangle, it will open that view up. Now it opened up in the level one floor plan tile, and I'd rather have it share the tile with the perspective view. So I'm going to click right on the tab, and drag, and that will tear that view off. If you let go, it remains a floating…
