- [Instructor] I'm going to give my site conditions some attention in this video. So we're going to look at editing the building pad and also doing a graded region. So let me start with the building pad. I've got one over here that is already in the model and you can see from the highlighted footprint there that it matches the shape of the existing building that we started with and what I want to do is modify this so that it encompasses the full shape of the building because of course, as you can see over here at this retaining wall, that's all been filled in with earth there. We're not actually carving that out or excavating that area yet. And the building pad will do that for us. So if you're not familiar with the building pad, let me just demonstrate really quickly how it works.
