Mapping a texture to the Toposurface

- In chapter 104, we're going to map the snap shot texture to our surface. A couple of things we need to do first. And that's just tidy up the edges of this because this is not really that representative of the site. This is fine, but we know it doesn't sort of fall away at these points. It's fairly flat. So, we're going to use this tool, split surface and we're going to go into the site plan. So under the project browser, double-click on site and then we can use this split surface tool, select the surface, and then it gives you the option to draw a line so we're going to click, close to the edge, but not sort of right on the edge 'cause we're going to trim away this bit and then click at the bottom, hit Escape, and then hit your green tick. And that's one side done. Hit the Enter key, that's going to call up the same command and select the surface another time and again we've got the default line tool. So again…
