- [Instructor] In this video I want to explore the concept of room bounding a little bit deeper. So previously we've seen that the walls are automatically room bounding and when you drop a room in, they will automatically conform to the shape of the enclosed spaces. And in cases where you have an open plan, you can use the room separators to sub-divide the space into multiple rooms. But what happens in situations where you have walls that are bounding rooms, and you don't want them to? Now at first you may be thinking when would I ever want to do that? Well let me give you a couple of examples. So I'm going to zoom in over here on this bedroom and right now if I select the bedroom and I take a look over on the Properties palette, it's just shy of 15 square meters. Now perhaps I want it to include the size of the closet. Maybe I don't want to put a separate room in that closet area. So in order to do that it's fairly simple.
