Using lines and hatches - Revit Architecture Tutorial
From the course: Revit: Detailing to European Codes
Using lines and hatches
- [Instructor] In this lesson, we're going to use some lines and especially the one that we created, we're just going to tidy up this a little bit. We're also going to use a hatch fill, a gray hatch fill to cover this area up as well. And we will put some insulation in. So the first thing we're going to do is go up to detail line and we'll choose from the dropdown the AVCL, that's the one we just created. I will pick lines I was going to set the offset but we'll pick lines first. And then we'll set the offset of 3mm and then all you need to do is make sure that you're on the right side of this line. Just click on there. So the line appears above it, not below it. So you can just see the differences between above and below and just hit escape. And there we can just move this down a bit. I'll start lining. This process is really quite simple. We'll go back to detail lines, just hit escape and then click on detail line…
