Using the modify tools
- [Narrator] In this video I want to share with you some modification tools. Going to focus specifically on tools like move and copy and trim and you can use these tools to help you with your layout task. So we're going to find all of these tools on the modify tab here on the modify panel, and we're going to start with the move tool. Now with any of the tools on this panel if you hover over them first, when the tool tip fully expands what you're going to see is that they often run these little animations. So these can be really helpful in understanding how this tool is going to function. So I encourage you to spend some time watching these little short animations before you use the tool. Now the keyboard shortcut for move is "M" "V" so if you prefer you can type those letters instead. So there's actually two ways that we can run this command. We can select the command first and then it will prompt us for a selection or we can select something onscreen first and then run the tool. Now…
