Adding duct accessories and fittings
- [Instructor] What I'd like to do in this video is add some Duct accessories. And also I'd like to configure the routing preferences of our Duct to add some different fittings. Open mechanical project five. Let's go to ceiling plan level one. Let's zoom into this area here. Now if we go to the system's tab. Click on Duct Accessory, see what we've got. Not a lot of choices, but I'll take what I can get. Let's grab this fire damper, rectangular, simple. Remember its rectangular so it's going to go into a rectangular duct. So I'm going to find where this thing goes through a wall. I'm going to pick a spot like right about here maybe, to give us enough room between that branch. Maybe pick a spot here, maybe pick a spot here. What's cool is we can actually select this and put it on a completely different system. Put one here. And maybe one here. And I suppose one here, maybe one here. And one out here. This one crosses through. Hit escape a couple times. Now I want a balancing damper…
