- In this video, I'd like to create a return duct system. The challenge here is, although we only have a little bit of duct work in, we're already starting to get pretty congested. I'm going to jump in the Mechanical Project Four. Let's go down to ceiling plan level one. I'm going to zoom in on my v a v area. I'm going to select this. Now notice that I can grab this return here, so I'm going to create duct. I'm going to come off of this. This is going to be my return. Pick a point like right about here. But now I want to go straight up from this point. For the middle elevation, I'm going to type forty two sixty seven and hit enter. Now notice I can draw my duct straight down like this to about here. Now notice, I can come straight down, maybe hug it along this wall a little bit. Come straight up to here, maybe on over to about here. And hit escape a couple times. Maybe I'll select this.
