- [Instructor] Let's look at the power of BIM. What I want to do is create a schedule. It's going to be a VAV schedule. So let's jump through and learn how to do that. Let's open our Workflow-03 model. I'd like to create a VAV schedule. I know I only have two, but its going to be a great schedule anyway. Go to the View tab. Go to Schedules. Go to Schedules/Quantities. Scroll down 'til you find Mechanical Equipment, and click OK. For Schedule Properties, let's see what we're going to add here. I'd like to add Mark. Let's scroll down 'til we find Mark. Add that. Scroll down to Type. Let's add that. Definitely want to add the level that it's on. Click Level, add that. Find the manufacturer. That's always a good one. Add that. And let's just add a comments field, which is always a good idea. Scroll up to Comments, and add that.
