Including fire-alarm control panels
- [Instructor] Well, somebody needs to control all these devices (laughs). I suppose that someone is you. I think it's time to take a trip over to the electrical room, and slap a couple of control panels to the wall. The objective of this video is to make sure we have everything in place so we can start circuiting our devices. So in Revit, let's go to Open. Of course we will browse to where we're keeping our models and we will click Open for my panel model. Let's go to Fire Alarm, Floor Plans, Level One. Let's go into our electrical room, and let's insert a panel. So if we go to Insert, Load Family. Let's go to Information and Communication again, and back to Fire Alarm again, and I am gonna scroll down 'til I find Fire Alarm Control Panel, and we will click Open. Now to add on to our electrical room here. So if we go to Systems, we can grab electrical equipment. Notice that I have a fire alarm control panel, 16 by 19, and I suppose I will put it right on this wall right about here…
