- [Instructor] Just because you're using Revit now, that doesn't necessarily mean you'll never have revisions again. Maybe you'll have more, I don't know. Let's jump into how we cloud a revised area, and control which revisions are active, and what sheets they're on. So, let's jump into Revit Workflow 12. I want to go do a sheet, so in the project browser let's go to a sheet, let's go to Sheet M-101, okay. Go to View, then go to Sheet Issues Revisions, okay. Let's add one, now we have two. So for the date, for date one we'll say 3/7/19. The description is "Oops," and we'll show Cloud and Tag, perfect. Second one is 3/10/19, we'll say that's "My bad." Same Cloud and Tag, add another one, 3/15/19, "I think I'm fired." Got three revisions. Now, numbering we can go per project or per sheet. So, per project means three-is-three-is-three, no matter what sheet it's on. That's the only revision on the sheet, it's still…
