- [Instructor] What I'd like to do with you here are simple revisions. Not that we're going to screw anything up, but just in case we do I want to figure out how to issue a revision. In Revit I'm going to open workflow 09. Let's scroll down to our sheets. Lets' go to mech level one, M101. Look at all the room for revisions. Let's go to the view tab. Let's click on sheet issues revisions. Let's add one. Let's numeric. The first date, let's add 3/7, description is oops. Show cloud and tag, perfect. Second one, we'll make this 3/10. Again my bad. Let's add another one. 3/13 I'm getting fired. Perfect. Now for numbering we can go per project or per sheet. Per project will hold the numbering no matter what. Per sheet, if revision number number three is the only one on that sheet it will become revision number one. Let's keep it per project. Click okay. Now I want to put a revision cloud around here, down here maybe. Go to the annotate tab and click on revision cloud. Now see the revision…
