- [Instructor] New in 2018, we can now use what's called Multi-Point Routing. It's as if we're drawing the ducts in actual Revit. Wait, we are, aren't we? (laughs softly) So let's do it. I'd also like to optimize the lengths as well. Under Projects, let's go to our Mechanical Template. Let's go into Systems. We'll go to Fabrication Settings. For the configurations, I'll grab Imperial Content V305. Then I'll grab my HVAC stuff, click Add, let's click Okay. For my Service, I'll grab Supplier. Now, under Fabrication, notice that we have Multi-Point Routing. So go ahead and click that. And we're off. And even if you offset it, it'll put the part in. Somehow, it knows. So, if we just draw quite a few pieces, if we offset it, I don't know, five feet, it'll even model in our rise. I'm going to go to a 3D view. What I'd like to do is optimize these lengths, 'cause again, if we select one of these, we're going to get a warning and it's just too long. So I'm going to hover over one of my pieces…
