Tagging ducts
- [Instructor] Okay, let's tag this puppy. What we can do is see how Revit likes to tag specific items. The cool thing is, Revit will know what tag to use as we hover over the specific item we wish to tag. Let's jump into Mechanical Project-07. Let's go to Ceiling Plan level one. I'm going to zoom in over here. Now notice that when we slid this duct down, and it still needs to come down a little bit more, notice that once it started hovering over the top of this duct, this duct turns hidden but we know that this duct is well above this duct, right? We're looking at it wrong. We're looking at it standing on the ground looking up. So let's go to HVAC Floor Plan level one and this will be reversed. So any of this blue line that crosses through will become hidden, hidden, cause now we're looking down at it. I want to get a little more room in here 'cause notice that a lot of our tags are starting to bump into our duct work and those types of things. So I want to create a callout of this…
