- [Instructor] What I'd like to do now is model some gussets. Again, we're going to do an in-place family. So what I want to do is I want to go back to our brace brace frame elevation. Let's open structure 40. It's coming here. Let's double-click on brace frame elevation. Here it is. Okay, we need to model an in-place family. Remember when we did the step footing? This is a very similar situation. You're not going to find the families in the way that you want to configure your gusset plates. So let's go ahead and model something in place. To do that, we will go to the structure tab. We will click the component drop down and we will select model in place. Let's categorize it as structural stiffeners and let's click okay.
