- [Instructor] It's time to start actually detailing. Up to this point we've being doing everything in basic 3D. If not in 3D, we've been putting in 3D parametric components. Well, the cool thing about drafting is we're putting in 2D components, but they're still parametric. Let's open structure 49. Let's make sure we're in the typical framing section, let's go to the annotate tab, let's click component, now let's click on load family. I'm not sure where we are here, but let's go to US Imperial, let's go to detail items, division one general, let's grab that break line, let's open that up, now check it out! Hit your space bar once. I want to put this right, as close as I can to this. Whoops! That kind of spazzed out. But I got it in the wrong orientation, so I'm going to select that break line, I'm going to hit my space bar twice. Hit escape.
